Jar of Candied White Figs in a jar 500g
La Maison du Fruit Confit suggest these white figs, candied in Provence by our Masters Confectioners.
A savoury and traditional fruit, a delicacy that will delight your eyes and taste buds, used as a decoration on your cakes, brioches and other Provencal desserts. Candied fig to accompany pan-fried foie gras. Cut the figs in half and plunge them into your foie gras juices.
This jar contains approximately 10-15 drained candied white figs.
Ingredients: Figs; glucose-fructose syrup, citric acid. Contains sulphites.
Nutritional information (per 100g): Energy 300 Kcal /1250 kJ; Fat < 0,5g of which saturated fatty acids < 0,2g; carbohydrates: 75g of which sugars 70g; fibre 3g; protein 0,5g; salt: traces.
