Fruit cookie recipe
- For 4 people

- Cooking: 12-15 minutes
Ingredients
- 75g soft butter
- 30g brown sugar
- 30g caster sugar
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 110g flour
- 1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 80g diced candied fruit or fruit nuggets from La Maison du Fruit Confit

Preparation :
- Preheat the oven to 170°C.
- Mix the butter and sugar in a bowl. Add the egg and mix.
- In a second bowl, mix the flour, salt and bicarbonate of soda.
- Stir the flour into the first bowl.
- Mix until smooth.
- Add the candied fruit or fruit nuggets of your choice. Mix a final time.
- Place mounds of pastry on a baking tray lined with baking parchment.
- Place in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
- The cookies should be lightly browned around the edges but still soft.
