Fruit cookie recipe

  • For 4 people
  • Preparation: 45 minutes
  • Cooking: 12-15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 75g soft butter
  • 30g brown sugar
  • 30g caster sugar
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 110g flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 80g diced candied fruit or fruit nuggets from La Maison du Fruit Confit

Preparation :

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  2. Mix the butter and sugar in a bowl. Add the egg and mix.
  3. In a second bowl, mix the flour, salt and bicarbonate of soda.
  4. Stir the flour into the first bowl.
  5. Mix until smooth.
  6. Add the candied fruit or fruit nuggets of your choice. Mix a final time.
  7. Place mounds of pastry on a baking tray lined with baking parchment.
  8. Place in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
  9. The cookies should be lightly browned around the edges but still soft.
  10. Enjoy!
