Our proximity to the famous Cavaillon Melon, allows us to offer the best of this candied fruit which is made by hand in our workshops in Apt in the heart of Provence.
Our candied Cavaillon melon is used to make the famous Calisson d'Aix en Provence. You can find this confectionery in our shop in Apt but also on our website with many formats available.
Candied melon can be used in a large number of pastries: king's cakes, cakes, brioche, panettone, biscuits and why not in ice cream.
It can also be used in cocktails such as Rhum arrangé.
