Recipe of Tartines of foie gras with calisson cream

Tartines de foie gras a la creme de calissons

Ingredients : 

  •      country bread

  •      foie gras

  •      salt

  •      pepper

  •      1 jar of calisson cream

Preparation :

• On thick slices of lightly toasted bread, still warm, spread a thin layer of Calisson cream.

• Put on top of the chips of foie gras half-cooked and sprinkle with fleur de sel and pepper from the grinder.

• Crunch immediately!
