Calissons Ice Cream Recipe

Glace aux calissons d'Aix-en-Provence

Ingredients for 4 to 6 people :

  •      1 jar of Calisson cream
  •      1 tablespoon of orange blossom
  •      410g of condensed milk
  •      3 calissons almond

Preparation :

• The day before, mix the calisson cream, the orange blossom and the condensed milk, then reserve it in the refrigerator for one night.

• Cut the 3 calissons into small pieces.

• Put the prepared cream the day before and the pieces of calissons in an ice cream maker. Stir until ice is set.

• Serve immediately or reserve in the freezer.
