Recipe of Clafoutis with calisson cream

Ingredients for 6 people :    

  •      2 eggs

  •      100g of sugar

  •      100g of thick cream

  •      1 jar of calisson cream from Aix en Provence

  •      25g of cornstarch

  •      400g of seasonal fruits

Preparation :

  • Whisk 2 eggs with 100g of sugar.

  •  When the mixture is swollen and foamy, add 100g of heavy cream, 60g of calisson cream and 25g of cornstarch.

  •  Add the 400g of fruit of your choice, in large pieces.

  •  Pour everything into a baking dish. Cook for 45 minutes at 160 °.

  •  At the end of the oven, let cool a few minutes and pour your clafoutis in small verrines. Add fruit and sprinkle with a veil of icing sugar.
