Orangettes aux Chocolat

Ingredients :

For about 1.5 kg of tasty orangettes    

  •      1kg dextrose orange slices APT florets
  •      500 g dark chocolate couverture

Preparation :

Temper the chocolate

Keeps chocolate at 32 ° C for the duration of manufacture

Coat the slices of chocolate orange (completely or halfway depending on the desired rendering)

Let them drip on a rack a few minutes

Cool the orangettes on parchment paper


For a more chocolatey rendering, you can use the slivers of oranges drained APT (not dextrose) florets and coat them with cocoa powder before dipping them in chocolate.
