Each thistle is a ball of white chocolate (33.7% cocoa) with a liquid centre, containing a 50° artisanal liqueur, carefully selected for its quality and aromatic intensity. On the palate, it's an explosion of flavours, where the sweetness of the chocolate contrasts delicately with the strength of the fruity and floral spirits.

The bright colours of the thistles indicate the flavour of their liqueur:

- Green: Génépi, typical of the mountains of Provence

- Pink: Raspberry liqueur, sweet and fruity

- Orange: Grand Marnier®, a subtle blend of orange and cognac

- Purple: Blueberry liqueur, intensely fruity

- Yellow: Pear liqueur, light and fragrant

Presented in an elegant cardboard box with window, these liqueur thistles (150g) are perfect for a gourmet gift, a refined attention or simply to treat yourself. Each box contains between 15 and 20 pieces, offering a wide variety of flavours.

Made by hand, these chocolates follow a traditional recipe, without compromising on quality. The white chocolate, rich in cocoa butter, melts in the mouth and then reveals a powerful liquid centre, a veritable nectar of flavours. This is a mature confection to be savoured slowly, with a cup of coffee or a digestive, to prolong the pleasure.

Ingredients

White chocolate (33.7% cocoa): sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, whey, soya lecithin (GMO-free), vanillin, natural orange flavouring.

Liqueur hearts: water, sugar, alcohol, fruit extracts, vegetable substances.

Natural colourings used :

Curcumin (from turmeric) - for yellow

Indigotine (natural extract of indigo) - for blue/green

Carmine (cochineal) - for red/pink

Paprika oleoresin - for orange

Possible traces: peanuts, eggs, nuts
